This Terms Of Use statement applies to the use of this Serpiente Alada website. Please read thoroughly, if you do not agree with the statements herein, please do not use this website. If you do access the website, and/or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by the statements below.

  • How to Order: All orders can be placed online through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.
  • Method of Payment: You can pay thru paypal by using either by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or Amex. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card.
  • Out-of-Stock: Though we try to keep our inventory up to date on the site, out of stock items may not be displayed as such on our website. If any item you have chosen is unavailable you will be contacted via the e-mail address you provided with your order, within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Allow approximately 7 to 14 days for all out of stock items to ship, if available. Backordered items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Partial orders may be held up to 5-days or until completely filled before shipped.
  • Pricing Policy: All products on Serpiente Alada are priced in US dollars, unless specified otherwise. If the website currencies selector is use, Serpiente Alada is in no way responsible for exchange rate accuracy or any additional banking fees if so charged on your final credit card or banking statement. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate.
  • Volume Discounts: Please email us at: info@serpientealada.com with your request and a sales representative will contact you with possible details.
  • Backorders: We carry a limited selection of products, therefore, there may be times when demand is greater than supply or we are introducing a new product and may not yet have a feel for inventory requirements.
  • If an order has an item that is not in inventory, you will be promptly notified, then the order will be held until the item is received or one week, whichever is shorter. At that time the order will be sent and a new invoice may be created for the backordered items.
  • Complaints: We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to info@serpientealada.com, or mailed to the Complaints Dept., C/O: Serpiente Alada, 471 Rainsville Road, Petaluma, CA 94952. We will promptly acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 7 days, and will conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter.
